SAFE Structure Designs, LLC Terms and Conditions

1. Quality Management System
If requested by SAFE Structure Designs, LLC, the Supplier shall maintain a quality management system that ensures compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100D, or an equivalent standard, and shall provide documentation of such certification upon request.
2. Right of Access
The Supplier shall grant SAFE Structure Designs, LLC, its customers, and applicable regulatory authorities the right of access to all applicable facilities, records, and documentation involved in fulfilling the purchase order.
3. Product Conformity
Suppliers shall ensure that all products and services meet applicable drawings, specifications, and purchase order requirements. Deviations must be pre-approved in writing.
4. Notification of Changes
Suppliers must notify SAFE Structure Designs, LLC of changes in:
• Product or service,
• Manufacturing process,
• Manufacturing location,
• Sub-tier suppliers, or
• Certification status.
Written approval must be obtained prior to implementation of any such change.
5. Flow-Down of Requirements
Suppliers shall flow down all applicable customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements to sub-tier suppliers, including special requirements, key characteristics, and critical items.
6. Nonconforming Product
Suppliers shall notify SAFE Structure Designs, LLC of any nonconforming product identified before or after delivery and shall not ship such product without prior written approval. Disposition of nonconforming product shall be subject to buyer review and approval.
7. Record Retention
All quality-related records must be retained for a minimum of 10 years from the date of shipment unless otherwise stated, and must be available to SAFE Structure Designs, LLC upon request.
8. Counterfeit Parts Prevention
Suppliers must have a documented system in place to detect, prevent, and mitigate the use of counterfeit or suspect counterfeit parts.
9. Personnel Awareness
Suppliers shall ensure that their personnel are aware of:
• Their contribution to product/service conformity,
• Their contribution to product safety,
• The importance of ethical behavior in their work.
10. Corrective Actions
Suppliers are required to respond to Corrective Action Requests (CARs) issued by SAFE Structure Designs, LLC in a timely and effective manner and take steps to prevent recurrence.
11. On-Time Delivery
Suppliers shall maintain on-time delivery performance and must notify SAFE Structure Designs, LLC immediately of any potential delays or disruptions in meeting delivery requirements.
12. Special Requirements
Where applicable, suppliers must comply with defined special requirements such as handling, packaging, special processes, shelf-life controls, and environmental protection.
13. Ethics and Conduct
Suppliers are expected to operate ethically, adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Any unethical behavior, conflicts of interest, or compliance concerns must be reported.
