Suppliers must maintain ISO 9001, AS9100D, or equivalent certification and provide documentation upon request.

SAFE and applicable regulatory authorities retain the right to inspect supplier facilities, records, and documentation. All products must meet specifications; any deviation requires written pre-approval.

Suppliers must notify SAFE of any changes to products, processes, manufacturing locations, sub-tier suppliers, or certifications before implementation.

A minimum 10-year record retention period applies. Suppliers must maintain systems to prevent counterfeit parts and respond promptly to corrective action requests.

On-time delivery is mandatory, with immediate notification required in the event of delay. Personnel must understand their role in product conformity and safety.

Suppliers are expected to operate ethically, adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
