01Engineering takes the design requirements and build specifications and begins the conceptual drawing process.
02Concepts are reviewed by clients and staff, with revisions completed prior to approval.
03Once the concept is approved, the engineer reviews all applicable safety and compliance requirements for the design.
04Design-for-Manufacturing techniques are employed as the design progresses.
05The complete 3D model is approved by management.
062D drawings are produced along with the BOM and manufacturing instructions.
07During manufacturing, revisions are made on the fly for quick turnarounds.
